How It Works
All plans include on-call access via phone and email within your response window.
You are paying for a block of time each month. You will never fully lose unused hours, but only 50% may be rolled over each month.
Overage hours billed at a pre-agreed rate with no billing surprises.
Annual prepay option available at a 10–15% discount.
Investigation support and partnership exit negotiation are included at the Strategic Partner level and above.
Each plan requires a 3-month minimum term. Termination requires 30 days’ written notice to your advisory partner.
